Reviews
Listen, do you want delicious and healthy food with great service at a great price?
We have been coming to this Fuji restaurant forever. We love it.
During one of our dinners, I timed it: 20 minutes from when we sat down until we left. Talk about efficient!
My favorite part is that you don’t have to dislocate your jaw to get one of their sushi rolls in your mouth because their size is great. I don’t like big pieces of sushi rolls.
Two people, one glass of wine each, 3 rolls of sushi, sake sashimi (salmon) and salad and tip:~$65 total.
It is managed separately from the Fuji in Quincy Center and Ink Block (those are fancy and more expensive.)
The sushi and sashimi is great. Nice cut of fish and feel fresh. We ordered 5 different plates and rolls they were all great. I don't recommend the yaki udon, salad or miso soup though.
This is Japanese restaurant with affordable price.
Seafood and vegetables tempura; 2 shrimps, some pieces of salmons and all you have left is vegetables 🥹. I don’t like the sauce either 🥲. You can ask for others sauce. I recommend the sauce on bento box 🍱 , they will know 😉
Grilled squid, GOOD. Love the sauce, little bit tangy makes you wanna eat more.
Shrimp and octopus in vinegar, good, fresh. Love the sauce too.
Customer service is good.
Wait for the foods for quite a bit, but it’s worthy.
Pick up table right in front of the door is the only thing I don’t like.
Other than that, no complaints.
There are 2 Fujis I Quincy, let make this clear. I am speaking of the smaller original location that has 10, maybe 12 tables, and NO BAR.
The wife and I go here at least once a month. The food is always great. The service seems a little rushed at times (meaning) it's almost as if they're want you to leave. I assume they want to turn the table as fast as possible. (Annnyway)
I love the Sushi 🍣 😋 the other
fish entries are also always great.
I'll take pictures next time we're there... then I'll update the review.
The food is delicious and wonderful. However, the service staff attitude is very bad and not observant. The customer is still chewing her food but has already cleared all the dishes , chopsticks on the table. We then tipped 10% cash and were displeased by the waitress (short hair girl). I don't feel like we should have tipped the meal this time. I came here multiple times and very disappointed at this time. ☹️
Solid Boston-area Japanese food at a good price. You’ll find all the standard fare here—various makimono, sushi, nigiri, udon, etc—with a similar (if not slightly above average) quality and a cheaper price.
Waitstaff was kind, restaurant was clean. Definitely a good option.
They have a nice lunch special. Atmosphere is not the best but it's nice enough for a family lunch.
Some of the best sushi I've ever had at a reasonable price! The yellowtail sashimi melted in my mouth and was extremely buttery. They even battered and deep fried the sweet shrimp heads and they were delicious! The uni was lovely and fresh. The eel and avocado rolls with a huge pile of sauteed scallops and crab meat piled on top was oustanding. Highly recommend if you like sushi and don't want to break the bank.
